I researched a couple of different types of college magazines. I liked the idea of the main image being a student and covering the whole of the magazine, however I didn't like the layout of this magazine, I thought that it was too plain, and the font is very plain and stays the same for the masthead.

I liked the layout of this magazine more, as I thought that the text fit in the plain gaps of the image good, however I didn't like the image as her whole body is nearly facing away from the camera, and I believe that it would look more inviting if she was facing the camera.

I am creating a college magazine front cover and a contents page for my as media. My magazine front cover will have an image of a single person on it, most likely a female. I want to make my magazine a formal one, as this will fit more into the college theme.
